What mindfulness is? The true value of your mind is far greater than you realize. Achieving a stress-free live is possible, as long as you take control of your thoughts and get rid of stress, anxiety and finally receive all the abundance and happiness you deserve.
What is one thing you could learn that would improve everything in your life?
Certainly, the ability to manage your emotions and thoughts would be important.
There are people who question whether or not this sounds like a surprising claim, but the ability to control your emotions and how you respond to a situation is a huge part of being happy and thus obtaining all of your goals.
Why? Because it is our personal interpretation of things that govern our happiness, mood and performance, the interpretation has more influence than the facts.
Also, the hormones and neurotransmitters that control our emotional well-being affect our ability to concentrate, remember information and contribute to our creativity.
What happens to you when you find yourself in this situation? Due to the fact that you stop and kind of paralyse, your body activates stress. The fact that you know you are in danger causes your brain to send specific neural signals and release neurotransmitters such as dopamine, cortisol and norepinephrine.
In addition, the sympathetic nervous system reacts to these signals and releases more of its own chemicals. Adrenaline and noradrenaline are secreted by the adrenal medulla, which stimulates numerous physiological changes within the body, such as increases in heart rate, muscle contraction, and the rapid and repeated functioning of the mind.
